[PLR] How to Use These 365 Positive Affirmations

Hey awesome smart one. It’s Nicole Dean from EasyPLR.com.

Yesterday I shared that my friend, Alice Seba, has created a package of 365 positive affirmations that you can put your name on and use with your audience…

Using this package, you could easily create 365 social media posts (or graphics) from these affirmations – and post one per day for an entire year. (Or have your team do it for you.)

If you’ve never created a social media graphic before it’s really easy using free online tools.

I prefer www.picmonkey.com as it’s very user friendly.

Here are just a few ways to use these affirmations:

* Create a report of 365 Affirmations and use it as an optin to signup for your lists.
* Include a PS in all of your emails with the Affirmation of the Day.
* Lump the affirmations into topics to create blog posts.
* Create social media posts and graphics from these to keep your social media involved.
* Talk about an affirmation on video each day. Why that affirmation and what it means to you.

This package is on sale for only a few days. Check it out.

I mentioned that I had a tip. I personally don’t use affirmations.

I’ll bet you didn’t see that coming. 🙂

I prefer afformations which is a concept developed by Noah St. John.

When I hear affirmations, my mind fights with me.

“I am smart.”

My brain goes “Well, kind of, but you’re not that smart.”

Whereas afformations turn affirmations into questions.

Rather than “I am loved.” my afformation would be…

“Why am I so loved?”

NOW my brain goes into think mode of confirming this. It thinks “Oh I really really am! Because I’m a good friend, a loving person, etc. etc. etc.”

It has worked much better for me the last few years.

I use an app where I recorded my own voice saying these and I listen to it (not regularly enough through) but it is pretty powerful stuff.

The app I use is ThinkUp. It took a little experimenting but I have it now so I enjoy listening to it.

So you could turn some of these affirmations from Alice into questions and see how it works for you.

Warmly and with big hugs,
Nicole

P.S. Why are you so awesome? 😉
